What is check in/check out time?
Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out is 12:00 PM
There is an early check in fee of $35

Is there an amenity fee?
There is no amenity fee.

Do you allow smoking on property or in the guestrooms?
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on property.

Do you offer housekeeping services?
We are currently servicing guest rooms daily, should you require additional service, please call or stop by the front desk to arrange.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have?
Keep up with your workout routine in the hotel’s fitness center, where you’ll find the following equipment:

• 3 treadmills
• 2 stationary bikes
• 1 elliptical
• 1 rowing machine
• 1 cable machine
• 2 weight benches
• A selection of free weights
• Yoga mats, foam rollers, and stability balls

Do you offer room service?
We do not offer room service.

Do you have a business center?
In addition to workspaces in our guest room, we have a business center that is pleased to offer the following:

• Complimentary WiFi
• Audio/Visual equipment rentals
• Banquet services
• Express mail
• Flexible meeting rooms
• Print your boarding passes

What are the pool hours?
Our Courtyard pool is open Monday – Sunday 7am – 10pm

How do I get to the hotel?
You’ll find the iconic Bourbon Orleans Hotel in the heart of the French Quarter, just behind Jackson Square between Bourbon and Royal Streets.

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
We do not offer shuttle service, cab rate from MSY is a flat rate of $36 for 2 people

Do you have onsite parking?
The hotel offers valet parking only for $48 per day, plus taxes. During special event periods, parking becomes limited due to the increase of visitors to the city and there are road closures, so we recommend planning ahead and calling the hotel in advance for assistance and directions. When you leave, please call the front desk thirty minutes in advance to allow ample time for our valet to retrieve your vehicle.

What are your cross streets?
The Bourbon Orleans Hotels is located at Orleans Avenue and Bourbon Street.

What is your cancellation/guarantee policy?

We require guests to cancel by 4:00 PM 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night room + tax penalty. Note, some rate codes are non refundable.

What is the minimum age requirement to check into the hotel?
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check into the hotel.

Is my ID/passport required at check-in?
Yes, we require ID at check-in.

I booked my reservation on a website other than the hotel website, and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
To make any changes to your reservation, please contact our Reservations Team at 855.771.5214.

I would like to reserve a block of rooms for an event. How do I do this?
To reserve a block of rooms for your event, please contact our Group Sales department at 504.571.4605.

Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes, we have two ADA room options. Our Deluxe King ADA and Deluxe 2 Double ADA rooms offer accessibility features such as roll-in shower, audible and strobe light fire alarm, 36″ door openings, appropriate space between bed, walls, and bathroom for wheelchair to turn, along with all other standard amenities.

Do your rooms allow rollaway beds or cribs? Is there a fee?
While no rollaway beds are available, we offer cribs for $10.

Are pets allowed? Is there a fee?
Bourbon Orleans is dog friendly, there is a one-time fee of $100 and a max of two dogs per room.

Do you have pet-free rooms for those with allergies?
No, there are no pet-free rooms.

Are there any nearby parks?
Jackson Square, Congo Square, Louis Armstrong Park are all close the the Bourbon Orleans Hotel.

Are there dining options at the hotel? What are the hours?
