French Quarter Suites

Our newly renovated French Quarter suites all feature two floors with a queen bed and spacious living area downstairs, complete with a wet bar, complimentary WiFi, 42" flat screen televisions, MP3 docking stations, in-room safes as well as complimentary bottled water and in-room coffee and tea. All Loft Suites are approximately 500 square feet.

French Quarter Loft Suite

The French Quarter Loft Suites are spacious and warm with a delightful ambiance. These two-story suites do not include a balcony; however, offer a French Quarter view of St. Ann Street. A queen bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower is located on the upper level. These suites offer a truly residential feel and are enhanced with 42” flat-screen TVs, refrigerator, queen pillow-top beds, in-room safes and MP3 docking stations. All suites also feature complimentary amenities including, bottled water, local calls, in-room coffee and tea as well as wired and wireless Internet.

St. Ann Balcony Loft Suite

These are the signature suites of the Bourbon Orleans Hotel and are the most romantic suites ideal for couples. St. Ann Balcony Suites offer an open two-level floor plan with a living room downstairs and a queen bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower located on the upper level. All suites overlook St. Ann Street and feature very large private balconies with French doors, doorways featuring custom wide-blade plantation shutters and iron work accents.  These suites are enhanced with 42” flat-screen TVs, refrigerator, queen pillow-top beds, in-room safes and MP3 docking stations. These suites also feature complimentary amenities including, bottled water, local calls, in-room coffee and tea as well as wired and wireless Internet.

Orleans Balcony Loft Suite

Similar to the St. Ann Balcony Loft Suites, the Orleans Balcony Loft Suites are the hotel's signature suites that offer a view of Orleans Street and the St. Louis Cathedral. An open two-level floor plan includes a living room and wet bar downstairs with a queen bedroom located on the upper level.  All suites feature very large private wrought iron balconies with French doors, doorways featuring custom wide-blade plantation shutters and are enhanced with a 42” flat-screen TV, refrigerator, a queen pillow-top beds, in-room safes and MP3 docking stations.  All suites also feature complimentary amenities including, bottled water, local calls, in-room coffee and tea as well as wired and wireless Internet.

Bourbon Balcony Loft Suite

Bourbon Balcony suites are ideal for a once-in-a-lifetime experience of the world famous Bourbon Street.  Located on the third floor of the hotel.  Bourbon Balcony Loft Suites offer an open two level floor plan, featuring a living room with wet bar downstairs and a Queen bedroom located on the upper level.  All suites feature very large private balconies with French doors, doorways featuring custom wide-blade plantation shutters.  These rooms look directly onto Bourbon Street and give you the opportunity to experience the excitement of Bourbon Street. All suites are enhanced with 42” flat-screen TVs, refrigerator, Queen pillow-top beds,safes and MP3 docking stations. All suites also feature complimentary amenities including, bottled water, local calls, in-room coffee and tea as well as wired and wireless Internet.
