Paillard's, the hotel's signature restaurant, offers diners a range of dishes, from regional Southern cooking to traditional American cuisine. Paillard's is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Although reservations are not required, they are recommended.

Hours are: Breakfast: 6:30 am to 10:00 am Monday- Friday, 7:00 am to 11:00 am Saturday and Sunday. Lunch: 11:00 am- 2:00 pm Sunday- Saturday. Dinner: 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm Sunday- Saturday.
