This was our fifth time staying at the hotel. July 12-16th we were booked in a queen room no balcony and were upgraded to a bi-level suite with balcony overlooking Bourbon. Everyone at the hotel is always so friendly and helpful.. The pool area is amazing. I have always recommended this hotel to friends and will continue to do so.
